            Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the BoyoMart mobile application and
            related services (the "Service") operated by BoyoMart ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the
            Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
        

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You may browse the Service without creating an account (as an anonymous user). To list items, save favorites, and access full features, you must create an account using email/password or Google Sign-In.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All activities that occur under your account.
Providing accurate and current information.
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.

4. Marketplace Rules

4.1 Listing Items

When listing items on BoyoMart, you agree that:

You have the legal right to sell the listed item.
Your listing description is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
Your listing photos are genuine representations of the item.
Your pricing is fair and in the correct currency.
You will respond to inquiries from potential buyers in a timely manner.

4.2 Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited from being listed on BoyoMart. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.

Illegal goods or substances (including controlled substances and drugs).
Stolen property.
Weapons, firearms, and ammunition.
Counterfeit or pirated goods.
Hazardous materials.
Items that infringe on intellectual property rights.
Adult content or services.
Live animals (unless permitted by local law and clearly legal).
Human remains or body parts.
Items subject to product recalls.

4.3 Transactions

BoyoMart is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users. We do not:

Guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed items.
Guarantee that a transaction will be completed.
Process payments or handle shipping.
Provide buyer or seller protection programs.

All transactions are conducted at your own risk. We strongly recommend meeting in safe, public locations for in-person exchanges.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.
Post false, misleading, or deceptive content.
Impersonate any person or entity.
Spam or send unsolicited communications.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
Circumvent any security measures or access controls.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, logos, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by BoyoMart and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you post on the Service (photos, descriptions, etc.). By posting content, you grant BoyoMart a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating the Service.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you post and that it does not infringe on any third party's rights.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content.
Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
Security of data transmitted through the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOYOMART SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

Your use or inability to use the Service.
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
Any content obtained from the Service.
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BoyoMart and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

Your use of the Service.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of any third party's rights.
Any content you post on the Service.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless you opt out within 30 days of accepting these Terms.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BoyoMart regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
